REGULA is a non-invasive solution designed to help diabetics monitor their glucose levels effortlessly. Unlike current methods that are often expensive, painful, and exhausting, REGULA provides a hassle-free, alternative without the need for replacements. With REGULA, diabetes management becomes less of a burden and more of a tool, empowering users to live full and happy lives.
Amid the growing popularity of wearable technology, Regula offers a non-invasive glucose monitoring solution in the form of a ring. Utilizing an advanced optical sweat bio-sensor powered by a sweat supercapacitor, Regula provides accurate glucose readings without the need for sensor replacements or expiration concerns.
20 μL of sweat can generate a small electrical charge, powering the supercapacitor, which uses sweat as an electrolyte to store and release energy.
A microliter of sweat is sufficient to provide an accurate glucose reading, as the device analyzes sweat glands for specific chemical reactions involved in glucose detection.
Regula combines advanced predictive diagnostics and real-time feedback to analyze glucose trends, delivering personalized recommendations that empower users to optimize diabetes management and maintain better health control.
Regula is paired with a comprehensive companion app that not only provides real-time glucose monitoring and personalized insights but also features a calendar for easy tracking and viewing of glucose trends over time.
